Peter Hearne currently serves as the Operator-in-Residence for the Kingsway Search Accelerator at Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since April 2023. Previously, Peter held the position of Principal at Centerview Partners from July 2019 to March 2023 and worked as an Associate at McKinsey & Company from September 2017 to June 2019, following a summer associate role at the same firm in 2016. Earlier in their career, Peter was a Financial Institutions Investment Banker at Credit Suisse from July 2010 to June 2014 and a 2008 Corps Member with Teach for America from June 2008 to June 2010. Peter earned an MBA in Finance and a Juris Doctor from Northwestern University - Kellogg School of Management and Northwestern University Pritzker School of Law, respectively, between 2014 and 2017. Peter holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Cornell University, where studies occurred from 2004 to 2008, and completed education at St. Paul's School from 2000 to 2004.
