Rob C.

Rob C. is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in operations and leadership across various industries. Currently serving as Operating Executive at Kingsway Financial Services Inc. since 2024, Rob previously held multiple leadership roles at Helios Service Partners, including Plumbing President and Regional President for both Plumbing and HVAC from 2022 to 2024. From 2020 to 2022, Rob was the Regional Operations Director at CareVet, and prior to that, served as Vice President at Rowland Taylor, LLC from 2016 to 2020. Rob's experience includes being a Principal at Double R Partners and a Consultant at The Boston Consulting Group. Rob also undertook an Independent Consulting Project at Harvard Management Company in 2013. Military experience includes serving as an Afghan National Army Officer and in various command roles within the United States Marine Corps. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
