Oliver is a Senior Associate at Kingswood and participates in all aspects of the investment process, including sourcing, transaction execution, and portfolio company oversight. Prior to joining Kingswood, Oliver was with The Sterling Group, an operationally focused private equity firm. During his time at Sterling, he supported numerous platform investments and completed multiple add-on acquisitions in the Industrials sector. Previously, Oliver was with Deutsche Bank’s Leveraged Finance group in New York, delivering capital structure solutions to clients in the Consumer Retail, Healthcare, and Real Estate sectors.
Oliver is a graduate of Princeton University with an AB from the Woodrow Wilson School of Public & International Affairs.
