Alexandria Gillespie

Alexandria Gillespie, PhD, is an accomplished scientist at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since March 2022, with a strong background in animal biotechnology and biomedical sciences. Previous experience includes a decade at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where Alexandria served as a research assistant focusing on the activation of γδ T cells and their immunological functions using various laboratory techniques. Alexandria also contributed as a teaching assistant across multiple undergraduate courses, enhancing students' learning in veterinary microbiology, animal science, animal welfare, and animal diseases through hands-on training and assessments. Alexandria holds a Ph.D. in Animal Biotechnology and Biomedical Sciences and a Bachelor of Science in Animal Sciences, both from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
