G. Bradley Cole

G. Bradley Cole has served as a member of our Board of Directors since July 2020. He served as Executive Advisor of Exact Sciences Corporation (“Exact Sciences”) since April 2020, and from November 2019 until April 2020 he served as its GM, Precision Oncology. Prior to that, Mr. Cole served as Chief Financial Officer of Genomic Health, Inc. (“Genomic Health”), a molecular diagnostics company, from July 2014 to November 2019 and from July 2004 to January 2011, and as Chief Operating Officer of Genomic Health from January 2009 until March 2018, which was acquired by Exact Sciences. Mr. Cole served as Secretary of Genomic Health from February 2005 until July 2012. From December 1997 to May 2004, he served in various roles at Guidant Corporation, a medical device company, most recently serving as Vice President, Finance and Business Development for the Endovascular Solutions Group. From January 2001 until May 2004 he served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Endovascular Technologies, Inc., a medical device company that was acquired by Guidant Corporation. Previously, Mr. Cole served as Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Applied Biosystems Incorporated, a life sciences systems company. Mr. Cole currently serves on the board of directors of Castle Biosciences, a skin cancer diagnostics company, and as Vice Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Biola University. Mr. Cole holds a B.S. in Business from Biola University and an M.B.A. from San Jose State University.
