Kelly McCarney

Kelly McCarney has extensive experience in pharmaceutical sales and clinical specialties, currently serving as a Clinical Sales Specialist at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals since August 2023. Prior to this, McCarney worked at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Cardiorenal Sales Specialist from June 2021 to August 2023, and at Sanofi for 17 years in various roles, including Cardiovascular Senior Specialty Sales Professional and District Sales Manager. Key accomplishments include the launch of the first-to-market biologic, Praluent, and significant sales promotions for major cardiovascular and diabetes products across North and South Carolina.
