Lara Pupim M.D., Msci

Lara Pupim, MD, MSCI has a diverse work experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Lara began their career at Amgen, where they held roles as an Associate Medical Director and later as a Medical Director. Lara then worked at Novo Nordisk as an International Medical Director before joining Mitsubishi Tanabe Pharma America as the Senior Medical Director and Nephrology TA Head. Following this, they joined Bristol Myers Squibb, where they served as a Medical Director in Immunology and Transplantation during the late development stage. Lara later became a Senior/Group Medical Director in Immunology for both early and late development at Bristol Myers Squibb. Their most recent role was at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, where they served as the Vice President of Clinical Research & Development.

Lara Pupim, MD, MSCI completed their Doctor's Degree in Medicine at Universidade de Taubaté from 1989 to 1994. Lara then pursued a Nephrology fellowship at the Urology and Nephrology Institute from 1995 to 1998. Lara went on to pursue further education at Vanderbilt University School of Medicine, where they completed a Nephrology Clinical Research Fellowship from 2000 to 2003. During the same period, they also obtained a Master of Science in Clinical Investigation (MSCI) from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. Additionally, Lara achieved Board Certification in Nephrology, although the exact completion year is not provided.
