Michael Megna

Michael Megna has extensive experience in finance and accounting roles. Michael is currently serving as the Group VP, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of VP, Finance and Chief Accounting Officer at the same company from February 2020 to January 2022.

Before joining Kiniksa Pharmaceuticals, Megna worked at LFB USA, where they served as the Senior Vice President Finance & Accounting from July 2017 to July 2018 and as the Vice President, Finance & Accounting from April 2014 to June 2017.

Prior to LFB USA, Megna was the Controller at rEVO Biologics from July 2012 to April 2014.

Earlier in their career, Megna held significant roles at Harvest Power, Inc. as the Corporate Controller from April 2011 to June 2012, and at BioSphere Medical, Inc. as the Corporate Controller/CAO from September 2004 to November 2010.

Michael also gained valuable experience at Helix Technology as the Assistant Controller from September 2002 to September 2004, at Network Plus, Inc. as the Corporate Controller from November 2000 to August 2002, at PriceWaterhouseCoopers as an Audit Senior from October 1996 to March 1999, at Goldstein, Golub, Kessler & Company, PC as an Audit Senior from January 1996 to August 1996, and at Paul Scherer & Company as an Audit Senior from August 1992 to December 1995.

Michael Megna attended Siena College from 1988 to 1992, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Accounting. Additionally, Michael has a certification as a Certified Public Accountant from the state of New York.
