Lewis Bridges obtained their MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Brunel University London in the years 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they completed their BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science (with Placement Year) from the University of Hertfordshire between 2013 and 2017. Lewis completed their high school education at Dr Challoners Grammar School from 2006 to 2013, where they studied Mathematics, Physical Education, Geography, and completed A-Levels in the Extended Project Qualification and 12 GCSEs. Lewis Bridges began their educational journey at Sacred Heart RC Primary School from 2000 to 2006, where they completed their SATs under the National Curriculum.

In addition to their formal education, Lewis has obtained several certifications. Lewis Bridges received The FA Psychology Award - Level 1 from The Football Association in March 2020. In September 2017, they became a Professional Member of The British Association of Sport and Exercise Sciences (BASES). Furthermore, Lewis obtained the Grade 1 Keyboard certification from Dr Challoner's Grammar School in 2010.
