David Witherspoon

David Witherspoon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the electrical contracting industry. Currently serving as Project Manager/Estimator at Kinley Construction since March 2022, Witherspoon brings over three decades of leadership and project management expertise. Prior roles include I&E Superintendent, Electrical Estimator, and Project Manager at SCS Technologies, LLC., and President of Transpower Electric, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed operations, sales, customer development, and HR. Witherspoon also served as Service and Project Manager at E-MC Electrical Contractors & Engineers and as President at Witherspoon Electric, overseeing all business operations. With an educational background from an independent electrical contractors apprenticeship, Witherspoon graduated as an Electrical and Power Transmission Installer.
