Led by the Chief Operating Officer, they ensure that all aspects of commercial construction projects meet the company's high standards. The Director of Operations Commercial Construction manages day-to-day operations, coordinates resources, and liaises with clients. The Quality Control Manager maintains rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards and client specifications.
