Daril Fannin's work experience includes various roles in the entertainment industry and military. Daril started their career in 2005 with the US Army, serving as a Health Care NCO from October 2005 to July 2011 and later as a Logistics/Admin NCO from July 2011 to June 2014. From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a Writer/Host at Musa Military Entertainment Consulting. In 2016, Fannin joined The Gersh Agency as a Writer/Producer. Daril then worked at Netflix as a Creator and Executive Producer from January 2017 to 2018. From January 2020 to April 2021, they held the role of Writer and Executive Producer at The Walt Disney Company. Currently, Fannin is the Chief Executive Officer at Kino, starting from March 2022.
