Rafael Philippini

Rafael Philippini's work experience includes being a Lead Biotechnologist at Bosque Foods since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as a Monitor Educacional at Laureate Education, Inc. from November 2020 to May 2021. Rafael also worked as a Post-doc researcher in Industrial Biotechnology at Universidade de São Paulo - Escola de Engenharia de Lorena from April 2018 to March 2020. Rafael was a Doctoral Researcher at the same university from May 2013 to July 2017, focusing on the production of biomolecules from agroindustry waste. Additionally, they worked as a Virtual Tutor at Instituto Unibanco in September 2014. Rafael started their career as an Educational Monitor at Fundação Faculdade de Medicina from November 2012 to October 2013, working on various educational projects. Rafael also served as a Master Researcher at Universidade de São Paulo - Escola de Engenharia de Lorena from February 2010 to May 2012. Prior to that, Rafael worked as a Trainee and Educational Monitor at Instituto OIKOS de Agroecologia from August 2008 to December 2008, focusing on environmental awareness and medicinal plants. Rafael started their professional journey as a Trainee at Prefeitura Municipal de Lorena from January 2006 to December 2006.

Rafael Philippini received their Bachelor's degree in Biology with a major in Licenciatura em Biologia from UNIFATEA - Centro Universitário Teresa D'Ávila from 2005 to 2008. Rafael went on to pursue a Master's degree in Applied Microbiology at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they completed from 2010 to 2012. Rafael furthered their education by completing a Doctorate degree in Applied Microbiology with a specialization in Microbiologia aplicada, Produção de exopolissacarídeos, Hidrolisados de subprodutos agrícolas, also at USP - Universidade de São Paulo, from 2013 to 2017.
