Jenny Young

Jenny Young serves as the Vice President of Growth at Kinometrix since 2024, following a notable tenure at the Medical Society of Virginia (MSV) from 2012 to 2023, where roles included Associate Vice President of Membership and Engagement and Director of Membership. Young spearheaded initiatives that resulted in significant membership growth and engagement, including creating a community for medical student leaders and planning multiple strategic retreats. Prior experience includes directing the Salt Block Project at Sweet Briar College, where emphasis was placed on entrepreneurship education and partnerships, and representing Sweet Briar College on the Virginia Foundation for Independent Colleges CAREER15 Advisory Council. Young holds a B.A. in Business Management from Sweet Briar College, achieving notable investment portfolio performance during studies.
