Kirsten Wlaschin has a long history of working in marketing and ecommerce. Kirsten currently holds the position of Director of Ecommerce at KINONA, a role they began in 2021. Prior to this, they were an Advisory Board Member at Nomad Go, a tech start-up, from 2020. In this role, they provided key insights for restaurant and retail verticals during COVID-19, and served as a trusted advisor to the CEO. From 2000 to 2015, Kirsten held various roles at Ivar's, Inc., Korner Home Security, Eddie Bauer, and National Car Rental. At Ivar's, Inc., they were the Director of Marketing, leading and developing strategic direction for consumer and trade marketing as well as brand experience across retail, digital and wholesale channels. At Korner Home Security, they were a Consultant and Advisor, leading strategic direction in branding, positioning, digital marketing, segmentation, SEO, ecommerce, social, Amazon/AMS, mobile, data automation and retail. At Eddie Bauer, they were the Manager of Brand Marketing - Sportswear, where they developed and implemented strategic brand marketing plans. At National Car Rental, they held two roles: Manager of Research and Product Development, and Advertising Manager/Global Marketing Manager. In these roles, they developed marketing plans, directed market research, and developed and managed a $20+ million budget.
Kirsten Wlaschin holds a B.S. in International Management and Spanish from St. Cloud State University, a Master Certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of San Francisco, and an MBA in Marketing from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Kirsten also has certifications from Google Analytics, obtained in January 2021, and a Master Certificate in Digital Marketing from the University of San Francisco.
