Michelle Hodgden

Michelle Hodgden has a diverse work experience starting in 2006 as a Sales and Marketing Intern at Bloom Foods. Michelle then worked as a Student Information Assistant and Peer Advisor at the University Studies Abroad Consortium from 2007 to 2009. After that, they joined Eye-Com Corporation as a Marketing Specialist until 2012. Michelle then worked at Eyefluence as a Marketing Manager from 2013 to 2016 before the company was acquired by Google. Michelle briefly worked as a Marketing Manager (Fixed Term) at Google in 2016. From 2017 to 2021, Michelle worked as a Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor, specializing in Senior fitness. Michelle then joined Kibeam Learning as a Business and People Operations Manager from 2020 to 2022, and later became the Director of Operations until 2024. Currently, Michelle serves as the Vice President of Operations at Kibeam Learning, where they are responsible for managing operations, HR, accounting, and finance, as well as establishing and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Michelle Hodgden holds an MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, with an emphasis in Information Systems. Michelle also obtained a B.S. in Business Management from the same institution. Additionally, they are a certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) since 2018.
