Gillian Gardhouse

Gillian Gardhouse, P.Eng. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the mining and engineering sectors, currently serving as Senior Director of Growth & Pipeline Studies at Kinross Gold Corporation since June 2008. Throughout a progressive career at Kinross Gold, Gillian has held various leadership roles, including Director of Operations Excellence and Manager of Business Optimization. Prior to this, Gillian worked as a Project Manager at Queen's University, overseeing engineering students in a community-focused design project and contributed as a Geo-environmental Technician and Geotechnician at Miramar Mining Corp. Educationally, Gillian holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Toronto - Rotman School of Management and a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from Queen's University.
