Neill Hunt

Neill Hunt serves as the Head of Growth Strategy (Vice President Band) at Anglo American since May 2021, contributing to the company's mission of re-imagining mining. Previously, Neill was a Leadership Coach and Search Consultant at Egon Zehnder, where strategic analysis and leadership assessments were key responsibilities. Neill's extensive career includes significant roles at Element Six, where accomplishments included overseeing innovation and business development projects, as well as managing R&D teams. Early career experiences include positions at Equinor and Bain & Company, focusing on strategy and analysis. Neill's foundational experience includes service as an Infantry Officer in the British Army. Educational qualifications comprise an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, a degree from Middlebury College, and completion of the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst.
