Katrinna Bachand

Katrinna Bachand has extensive experience in payroll and accounting, currently serving as an Accounting Technician at Kinross Gold Corporation since September 2014, while pursuing a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Prior roles include Project Manager for Payroll, where responsibilities involved researching and implementing payroll systems, and overseeing global compensation reconciliations. As a Payroll Specialist, Katrinna transitioned payrolls across multiple platforms and managed payroll for over 3,000 employees. Previous experience includes consulting at PayTech, managing payroll accounts at Swick & Associates, and processing payroll at the SMG-Colorado Convention Center. Katrinna is also a Certified Payroll Professional and holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC San Diego.
