Emily Mayer

Emily Mayer has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked at Kinsale Insurance since May 2017 in various roles including Assistant Vice President and Division Manager for Inland Marine, as well as Underwriter positions for both Inland Marine and Commercial Property. Prior to Kinsale Insurance, Emily Mayer was employed by the Virginia Property Insurance Association as an Underwriter and Assistant Underwriter from July 2013 to May 2017. Emily's early career includes serving as a Life Skills Coach at Public Partnerships, LLC, where responsibilities involved assisting adults with developmental disabilities, and as a Teaching Assistant at Virginia Tech, where support was provided in floral labs and class discussions. Emily Mayer holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Religion from Virginia Tech, completed in 2012.
