Michael Healy

Michael Healy has extensive experience in IT and systems management, currently serving as the Windows Technology Manager at Kinsale Insurance since May 2019. Prior to this role, Michael worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at SyCom Technologies from October 2007 to April 2016, where Michael was recognized as a key project leader for large-scale initiatives and excelled in gathering project requirements to resolve technology issues. Additionally, Michael held the position of Team Lead at Vangent, Inc. between June 2005 and October 2007, overseeing daily IT operations and managing a significant number of servers and workstations for government and corporate programs. Michael earned an Associate degree in Computer Science from the University of New Haven from 1987 to 1991.
