Pooja Waghdhare has been working in the professional world since 2006. Pooja began their career as a Hostess in Food & Beverage at ITC Hotels. Pooja then moved on to Senior Hostess at Hotel Marine Plaza in 2007. In 2010, they became the SR. ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE & EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT at Anil Graphics. In 2015, they took on the role of Office Manager and Executive Assistant to MD at Bluefrog Media Pvt. Ltd. Her current position is Executive Assitant to the CEO and VP Content at Kinsane Entertainment, which they have held since 2017.

Pooja Waghdhare attended Convent Girls High School and obtained a Bachelors degree in Hotel & Tourism Management.
