Adam Berlinsky-Schine has a diverse and extensive work experience in the field of technology. Adam is currently serving as the Director of Engineering at Kinship since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of VP Engineering at Muze from February 2021 to May 2022.

Adam also has experience as a Co-Founder and CTO at Apiari, where they built the entire website and chatbot interface for an on-demand childcare platform. Adam worked closely with the CEO and COO to fundraise and iterate on product/market fit. At Roomi, they served as the Head of Engineering and successfully scaled the team from 12 to 20 engineers. Adam also reorganized the team structure to align engineers along functional lines.

Adam's previous roles include serving as the Chief Technology Officer at Coffee Meets Bagel, where they built and scaled the website and mobile apps to handle millions of users. Adam also grew the engineering team from a sole developer to a team of 15 engineers. Before that, they founded their own startup, Pheast, where they acted as the Founder and CEO. The startup aimed to create a platform for users to add their own twist to existing recipes and publish their own variants.

Adam's earlier experiences include being a Software Development Engineer at Yelp.com, where they built the first version of Yelp Deals and led the rearchitecture of the backend billing software. At Amazon.com, they served as a Software Development Manager, overseeing a team of six to twelve engineers. Adam also developed a software workflow engine and contributed to various high-profile new business initiatives.

Adam's journey in the tech industry began at Intel Corporation, where they worked as a Validation Engineer, testing the instruction fetch and issue queue of an Itanium® processor. Adam reported 37 bugs during their time there.

Adam Berlinsky-Schine earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Cornell University, where they studied from 2001 to 2004. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued further education and obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Computer Science from Cornell University in the year 2005.
