Raanan Kesar

Raanan Kesar currently serves as the Director of Engineering at Apple, a position held since February 2024. Prior to this role, Raanan accumulated extensive experience at VMware from January 2011 to February 2024, advancing through various leadership positions including Sr. Director of Cloud Services Operations and Director of Engineering Services Operations. Additionally, Raanan worked at HP Software from January 2007 to January 2011, holding multiple leadership roles, including Director of HP SaaS and Director of HP SaaS Operations NASA. Raanan began a career at Mercury Interactive from January 2004 to January 2007 as Sr. Manager of Managed Services, focusing on product transformation for customer service. Educationally, Raanan completed a Professional Program in Leadership at UC Berkeley College of Engineering in 2016, following a BSc in Mathematics and Computer Science from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev, earned in 1997.
