Julia Belaya

Julia Belaya is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in international business development and innovation in the health and technology sectors. Currently, Julia serves as the Head of International Business Development at Kinship, the venture and technology division of Mars Petcare. Julia is also a Co-Founder and Board Member of Startup Creasphere, an innovative health-focused platform launched in Munich. Previously, Julia held several key positions at Plug and Play Tech Center, including Global Head of Business Development and Managing Director, where Julia led initiatives in digital health and established partnerships with major corporations. Additional experience includes roles at Concentrum Wealth Management and Deloitte, where Julia developed expertise in business development, project management, and consulting. Julia holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with Honors from California Polytechnic State University and graduated Summa Cum Laude.
