Madison VanDeVelde has worked in various roles in the marketing and communications fields since 2018. Madison began their career as an Ad-Sales Intern at NBCUniversal Media, LLC in 2018. Madison then worked as a Marketing and Social Media Intern at CareerBuilder in 2019, where they restructured various social platforms, posted to social media accounts weekly, and presented to Executive Leadership members on the internship program. In 2020, they were a Social Media Manager at Occuspace, where they managed online communications via social media channels to increase awareness and reputation for both the Occuspace and Waitz brands, established a company blog, and organized sponsorship opportunities with higher education platforms. In 2021, they were a Public Relations and Marketing Specialist at JoJo's Shake Bar, where they were in charge of brand voice across all JoJo's ShakeBAR and Shore Club Chicago Platforms, wrote and pitched various media outlets, and maintained positive perception of JoJo's ShakeBAR and Shore Club Chicago's. Currently, they are a Creative Content Specialist at Kinship.
Madison VanDeVelde attended Sacred Heart Schools, Atherton from 2012 to 2016 and then went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Public Relations from Indiana University Bloomington in 2020.
