Joshua Marks is a strategy consultant and former Chief Operating Officer with extensive experience in running publicly-funded non-profit organizations in the UK and advising international clients in sectors such as international development and financial services. They served as Chief Operating Officer for Police Now from 2017 to 2019, before taking on roles at Dalberg Advisors and Unlocked Graduates, where they focused on strategic vision and government engagement.
