Kim Peltier is the current Fundraising Manager at Kinship. Kim has over seven years of experience working in fundraising and development roles for various nonprofits. Kim started their career as a Development Coordinator at City Year UK, where they coordinated corporate partnerships and special events. Kim then moved to Bolton Lads & Girls Club as their External Funding Assistant, where they researched funding opportunities and wrote grant proposals. After a year, Kim took on the role of Fundraising Officer at Leap Confronting Conflict, where they increased individual giving by 33% in their first year. In October 2017, Kim became Humanity & Inclusion UK's Major Giving Officer, where they oversaw a successful £1.2 million major gifts campaign. Kim has been with Kinship since December 2019 and has helped them secure over £500,000 in funding.

Kim Peltier received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Combined Social Sciences from The University of Manchester. Kim also studied at Richmond Upon Thames College.

They work with Kate O’Brien - Director of Business Development & Programmes, Emma Wrafter - Director of Service Design & Impact, and Vikkie Chapman - Executive Assistant. and Anna Rattray - Fundraising Officer reports to Kim Peltier. Their manager is Lucy Peake, CEO.
