Marshall Sweigard is an experienced construction professional specializing in highway and bridge project management. Currently serving as a Highway/Bridge Project Manager at Kinsley Construction, Inc. since April 2023, Marshall previously held roles as Project Manager/Estimator at Rylind Construction Company, Inc. from January 2021 to April 2023, and as a Project Manager at JVI Group Inc. from December 2019 to January 2021.
