Matthew Jeffries

Matthew Jeffries is an experienced fabrication and operations manager with a diverse background in leadership roles across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Fabrication Operations Manager at Kinsley Steel since February 2025, Matthew previously held the position of Fabrication Manager at QubicaAMF Worldwide until February 2025. Prior to that, Matthew worked as Facilities Manager at Aramark Facility Services and as Structural Trades Resource Manager at Oceaneering. Matthew began a long tenure as a Construction Supervisor at Newport News Shipbuilding, where experience was gained from May 2002 to December 2017. Matthew's educational background includes a degree from Christopher Newport University and completion of an apprenticeship at The Apprentice School at Newport News Shipbuilding.
