Ghassen Slama

Ghassen Slama possesses extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Support Engineer at Kinsta® since January 2023, Ghassen has previously worked as an L2 Support Specialist and Web Solutions Specialist at WHC Tunis from September 2019 to December 2022. Earlier experience includes a role as MFE at N3RD TUNISIE focused on creating and deploying a professional communication web application, as well as an internship at Boîte informatique Harmonie where Ghassen contributed to the development of an eLearning platform. Initial technical experience was gained at Tunisie Télécom in a technician and worker role in 2015. Ghassen holds a Master's degree in Networks and Telecommunications with a focus on Systems and Network Security from Institut supérieur des sciences appliquées et de technologie de Mateur, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Applied Sciences and Communication Technologies from Institut Supérieur de Sciences Appliquées et Technologie à Mahdia. Educational background includes a Baccalauréat in Technical Sciences from Lycée Abou El Kacem Chebbi.
