Marcia Dias Ramos is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technical writing, web design, and team leadership. Currently serving as the Editorial Team Lead at Kinsta® since April 2023, Marcia oversees the technical editorial team. As the Founder of Virtua Creative Technology since July 2014, Marcia excels in web development, design, and content creation. Previously, at GitLab from May 2016 to June 2022, Marcia held multiple roles, including Senior Technical Writer, where responsibilities included creating and reviewing technical documentation, structuring documentation, and contributing to the development of documentation guidelines. Marcia's earlier experience includes positions as a Program Manager for the Microcredit Division and as a Technical Sales Specialist.
