Barbara Kusak

Barbara Kusak is the Partner at Kinstellar and Co-Head of the Czech M&A practice. With over 20 years of experience in M&A, they have focused on complex national, cross-border, and multi-jurisdictional transactions, leading large international teams across the CEE region and beyond. Their expertise spans various sectors, including financial services, private equity, manufacturing, automotive, and consumer products. Since 2007, Barbara has been recognized as a leading M&A practitioner by Chambers and Legal500, and they have been included in the 2020 and 2021 WWL Thought Leaders M&A and Governance. Barbara received their law degrees from Universität Passau and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München.
