Illya Muchnyk

Illya Muchnyk is a Partner in the Kyiv office of Kinstellar, where they serve as the Head of Banking, Finance and Capital Markets and the firmwide Head of the Fintech sector. With over 20 years of experience in structuring complex debt and equity financings, cross-border M&A, and financial restructurings, Illya has represented clients that include leading private equity funds and major industrial groups. Their previous roles include Associate positions at TRUST Law Firm and EY Law Firm, as well as Legal Director at DLA Piper. Illya earned a Law degree from the National University "Odessa Law Academy" and a Certificate of Securities Trader from the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market of Ukraine.
