Ken Rudberg

Ken Rudberg has a diverse work experience spanning several healthcare organizations. Ken has held various leadership positions focused on quality improvement, patient safety, and data analysis. Ken currently serves as the Director of Quality and Continuous Performance Improvement at KinwellHealth, where they are responsible for developing and managing the quality program and establishing a population health program. Prior to joining KinwellHealth, Ken worked at Seattle Children's as the Director of Heart Center Quality, Safety, & Data, overseeing quality improvement initiatives and data analysis. Ken also held the role of Manager Quality, Safety, Data at Seattle Children's, where they developed the quality management system for the Heart Center. Before that, Ken worked at the Washington State Hospital Association, leading the Decision Support program and designing the Quality Benchmarking System. Ken has also worked as a Patient Safety Analyst and Sleep Center Supervisor at Swedish Medical Center. Ken's experience demonstrates their expertise in developing quality programs, driving process improvement, and utilizing data to inform decision-making.

Ken Rudberg holds a Master of Health Administration (MHA) degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Washington, which they obtained from 2003 to 2005. Ken also earned a diploma in Electroneurophysiology from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1995 to 1997. Additionally, they have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from The University of British Columbia, which they completed from 1989 to 1994. Ken Rudberg has additional certifications, including ISO 9001 Internal Auditor from Innovative Quality Solutions, Improvement Advisor from IHI, Six Sigma Green Belt from ASQ - World Headquarters, and TeamSTEPPS Master Trainer from the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality.
