John Canales has over 30 years of experience in operations and production management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Kiolbassa Provision Company since August 2009. Prior roles include Production Manager at Checks In The Mail from February 2005 to June 2009, Production Manager at Van De Walle Farms from 1999 to 2004, and Production Manager at Pace Foods, Inc. from February 1988 to May 1998. John Canales holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from St. Mary's University, studied between 1987 and 1989.
