Caroline Staudinger

Caroline Staudinger started their career in 2007 at ZEISS Group as an HR Development Specialist in Corporate Human Resources. Caroline then took on various roles within the company, including HR Business Partner, Division Manager Corporate HR and Consumer & Professional Division, and Senior Director Human Resources, Business Group Consumer Optics. In 2016, they joined KION Group as the Vice President of Talent Management & HR Management.

Caroline Staudinger obtained a Diplom-Betriebswirtin (FH) degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Human Resources Management from Fachhochschule Regensburg. Caroline completed their studies at the institution from 2002 to 2007.
