Dr. Yuko Pfaff

Dr. Yuko Pfaff has extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Dr. Yuko is currently the Director of Business Development & Transformation at KION Group since November 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Jungheinrich AG, where they held several positions including Head of Digital Strategy & Portfolio Management from September 2019 to October 2023, Department Head of Systems & Processes from January 2017 to August 2019, Head of Marketing Automation from January 2013 to January 2017, Project Manager from October 2012 to January 2013, and Management Trainee Marketing & Sales from October 2010 to October 2012. Before joining Jungheinrich AG, they worked as a Marketing Manager at Gebr. Heinemann from June 2010 to September 2010. Dr. Yuko also gained experience as an Associate in Marketing Strategy & Marketing Research at BMW Group Japan from January 2009 to June 2010. Dr. Yuko'scareer began at The Yomiuri Shimbun in January 2003, where they worked as a Correspondent in Europe until June 2007.

Dr. Yuko Pfaff holds a Doctor's Degree in Betriebswirtschaftslehre/Supply Chain Management from FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg, which is expected to be completed in 2023. In 2010, they completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Marketing and Cultural Management from The University of Edinburgh. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Arts (M.A.) in Musicology and Business Economics from the University of Hamburg in 2008.
