Fabrice Guyot

Fabrice Guyot is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in commercial operations and supply chain management, currently serving as Senior Manager of Global Spare Parts Mobile Automation at KION Group since March 2021. Prior to this role, Fabrice Guyot held various leadership positions at Flowserve Corporation from 2001 to 2020, including Global Director for Commercial Operations Excellence in the Aftermarket and EMA Director for Operational Excellence. Notable achievements include leading teams focused on process improvements, financial performance management for a €240M European Pump Parts business, and overseeing the implementation of Oracle ERP.
