Ilka Völker

Ilka Völker has a diverse work experience in procurement and supply chain management. Ilka started their career at Müller Weingarten AG as a Technische Einkäuferin Schweißbaugruppen from October 2005 to July 2007. Ilka then moved on to Senvion GmbH, where they held various roles including Strategic Purchaser Rotorblades, Team Lead Supply Chain, Commodity Management Blades, Head of Supply Chain, Commodity Management Composites & Claim Management, Vice President Supply Chain, Commodity Management Blades & Towers, and Vice President Global Procurement from August 2007 to March 2018. Currently, they are working at KION Group as the Vice President Procurement Category Management EMEA since April 2018. Additionally, they also served as the Senior Vice President Global Strategic Direct Procurement from April 2023 onwards. Their work experience demonstrates their expertise in procurement strategy and category management.

Ilka Völker completed an Executive Education program at INSEAD in 2019-2020. Prior to that, they earned a Diplom-Betriebswirtin degree in Mittelständische Industrie from Staatliche Studienakademie Eisenach from 2002-2005.
