Shih-En Wei

Shih-En (Derek) Wei currently serves as the Director of Global Technical Support for Robotics Lifecycle Support at KION Group, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this role, Derek was the Senior Manager for Global Technical Support at Dematic from January 2021 to April 2024, and previously held various managerial positions at Cisco Systems from April 2013 to January 2021, overseeing technical support across multiple domains including Service Provider, Wireless, and Security. Derek's earlier experience includes management roles at CSC, IT Lab, Telecom New Zealand, and TeleTech, where a strong focus was placed on team leadership and customer relationship management. Derek holds a Diploma in Business Computing and Network Administration from Auckland University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The University of Auckland.
