David Hedges

David Hedges is an experienced operations manager with a strong track record in assembly and value stream management across various manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as Assembly Manager for KION North America, David oversees assembly operations for Electric and Internal Combustion Personal Industrial Trucks at two plants. Previously, as Value Stream Manager at Eaton Aerospace and The Urban Electric Co., David effectively managed teams and implemented lean manufacturing initiatives, leading to significant improvements in production efficiency and reduced lead times. David's experience also includes production supervision roles at Mercedes-Benz Vans, LLC, and Robert Bosch North America, where contributions to process improvements and cost savings were notable. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Penn State University.
