Dustin Hess

Dustin Hess has worked in a variety of roles since 2016. In that year, they worked as an Independent Tutor/Mentor/Coach, where they prospected with perspective clients, listened to their concerns, and designed customized curriculums to address their expectations. Dustin also worked as a Servant Leader/Implementation Coordinator for Fairfax County Public Schools, where they drove the adaptation and implementation of a new county math curriculum from introduction 0% to 100% engagement school-wide in under 5 months. In 2021, they began working for memoryBlue as an Account Executive and Sales Development Representative, where they were responsible for facilitating business to business relationships on behalf of corporate clients. Dustin also began working for Claravine as a Data Management Consultant, where they managed digital marketing data. In 2023, they began working for Kion as an Account Executive DoD.

Dustin Hess attended Salisbury University from 2011 to 2015, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and Teaching.
