Roxanne Dixon

Roxanne Dixon is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources Services and Human Resources Director at Kiowa Resort and Casinos, since January 2024. Prior to these roles, Roxanne held the position of Plant Administrative Manager at Continental Carbon from November 2016 to January 2024, overseeing various administrative functions and employee welfare programs. Roxanne also worked as the Human Resources Manager at Choctaw Casino and Resort of Oklahoma and served as the Human Resources Director for The Seminole Nation of Oklahoma, where strategic human resources development supported 28 Tribal programs. Additional experience includes managing employment programs at The Pueblo of Sandia and directing human resources for the Sac and Fox Nation, where responsibilities included strategic planning and overseeing a staff of approximately 250 employees.
