Laura Schill

Laura Schill is an experienced educational leader currently serving as the Senior Director of Regional Operations at KIPP Colorado Public Schools since September 2016, where responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing standard operating procedures, managing an operations team, and overseeing a substantial budget. Prior to this role, Laura served as the Program Supervisor at Excelsior Youth Centers, demonstrating strong leadership and problem-solving skills in a multifaceted environment, and worked as an educator with Shelby County Schools. Laura began professional endeavors with AmeriCorps NCCC and holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Education with a specialization in Athletic Training from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
