Ashley Lopez

Ashley Lopez is currently the Recruitment & Outreach Manager at KIPP DC Public Schools. Prior to this, they were an adjunct professor at Robert Morris University and a Program Coordinator at Innovation Works.

Ashley has always been interested in helping others and making a difference in their community. Ashley pursued a career in education so that they could help students reach their full potential. In their current role, they recruit and screens applicants for the KIPP DC Public Schools program. Ashley also coordinates events and marketing efforts to promote the school and its programs to the community.

Ashley is passionate about their work and takes great pride in helping their students succeed. Ashley is committed to their community and believes that everyone has the potential to achieve their dreams.

Ashley Lopez's educational career includes a Doctor of Education from Howard University, a Master of Business Administration from Point Park University, and a Bachelor's degree from PennWest Edinboro. Ashley also has certification from Duquesne University in Emerging Women's Leadership and Coro Pittsburgh in Women In Leadership.

Ashley Lopez reports to Anna Gregory, Chief Talent Officer. They work with Jay Benedith - Associate Director of Talent Development, Eugene Han - Managing Director of Human Resources and Talent Operations, and Katie Rakusin - Senior Director of Recruitment.
