Carly Discipio

Carly Discipio has accumulated a wealth of experience in various leadership and managerial roles. At KIPP Indy Public Schools, Carly serves as the Managing Director of Organizational Strategy and previously held roles as the Associate Director and Manager of Regional Initiatives. In these positions, Carly has led various strategic initiatives, fundraising events, hiring processes, and board management efforts. Carly also has experience working with Teach For America as a Coordinator of Community Partnerships and with the Indianapolis Mayor's Office of Education Innovation as an AmeriCorps VISTA Fellow. Carly holds a BA in Psychology from Indiana University Bloomington.
