Nanditha Badami

Nanditha Badami is an accomplished education professional with extensive experience in various roles focused on supporting exceptional learners. Currently serving as the Director of Academics - Exceptional Learners K12 at KIPP Massachusetts since July 2021, Nanditha also holds the position of Learning Specialist at KIPP Academy Lynn Charter School since July 2019. Additional roles include Instructional Contract Coach at BetterLesson, and previous leadership positions such as Dean of Student Supports and Learning Specialist at Excel Academy Charter Schools. Nanditha began their career as a Special Education Teacher at Bronx Math Preparatory School and participated in Teach For America. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Special Education and Teaching from City University of New York-Hunter College, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Communications from Boston College.
