Padraic Slattery is currently a Dean of Students at KIPP Massachusetts since 2016. Prior to this, they worked as a Case Manager at Harbor Homes, Inc. and as a Student Body President at Wheeling Jesuit University. They hold a Master of Education in Secondary Education and Teaching from Boston University Wheelock College of Education & Human Development.

KIPP Academy Lynn Elementary (K-2nd), KIPP Academy Lynn (5th-8th), KIPP Academy Lynn Collegiate (9th-12th), KIPP Academy Boston (5th-8th), and KIPP Academy Boston Elementary (K-3rd).
