The Recruitment and Retention team at KIPP Massachusetts is responsible for identifying, attracting, and retaining highly skilled and dedicated educators and staff. The team develops and implements strategic initiatives to ensure the schools are staffed with professionals who are committed to the mission of supporting every student to reach their highest aspirations. Additionally, the team focuses on fostering a positive, inclusive work culture to enhance employee satisfaction and retention across KIPP MA's schools in Boston and Lynn.
